Member: 1029928 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 7 | I bought a FG Box and I didn`t receive any news from FG team I bought a FG with all pack activated and wireds 3 days ago I send the payment to MR. Steve I send email and PM to Mr. Steve , GPG and Moderator , I didn`t receive any answer from them about the status of the order and shipping The only person that answered to me was MR. .:hack3r2k:. but he is not sales manager or shipping manager Please I want to know about the status of my order I appreciate FG that answer my question I had the same problem When I bought a year ago the other BOX, I had to wait one month to receive the box You should solve buying online information issues and feedback and shipping status BY THE WAY I must say THE SUPPORT IS GREAT AND GREAT FEEDBACK , but the customer care when you buy an item is not so well Thanks in advance I appreciate so much FG team help Best Regards Thanks |
