Hi,

I just received my blackberry dongle from Furious Gold yesterday. There is really no instructions on how to use it.

Can you guys give me some instructions please.

Hi,

My order: Order no.19084 . I downloaded the Maintenance software from your website but I cannot open it after extracting it. It keep on saying you don't have permission. I also downloaded bberryst.exe , everytime I tried to open it, it said "update error" .

Please help!!!

I tried it on the brand new computer with Windows 7 and I still got the same message, I right click it and run as admin too.

I don't have a box. I bought the usb key for the 119 euro. I need instructions on how to this up.

You told me on MSN? I tried it and it does not works. If it works, then why would I waste my time here and writing this again?

Also it appeared to me that I am not the only one having this issue, I see another person also had the same issues, so please explain on how to do this. What is so hard about explaining on how to use your product?

Let's see:

1. Go to support area using Maintenance Tool
2. Register the dongle, now you can see activated packs, check and make sure that are the ones you need
3. Once registered and checked info it's right update firmware in dongle using Maintenance

Hi,

I did exactly like that. I downloaded the Maintenance tool but I cant open it, I tried it on 2 different computer and it does not open and got this message both times: Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.

Ok, I just remove all the antivirus program from the computer and let me open the Maintenance program

. Hopefuly everythings works fine. I really appreciate all you help so far.

Yeah... lol... it worked now friends... The problem was the antivirus. I removed the antivirus and everythings worked fine.
