Thumbs down Help with Steve? Payment and no credits


If anybody could help me with this, I'd really appreciate it.
I purchased $1,000 in credits and he and I agreed that he was going to give me a complete refund because of some issues that the codes were taking too long for the country I was submiting them, so on Jan 24 he sent me an email saying "i refunded you please check your paypal. Best regards, Steve."
So the problem is that I have not received the refund, I called paypal and they told he didnt send me anything, I tried filing a dispute but paypal was not able to recover the funds. Problem is that I dont have have the refund nor the credits in my mepserver.com account.

Some time refund go to bank acount and it sometimes late 1 month. But post your problem in this link and hack can check.

Thanks, but that thread appears as "Closed". I know it takes about a month to appear on the bank account or credit card (my case), but i would receive a notification from paypal that the refund was made, and paypal would know about it, and thats not my case :S

You can call paypal, they asist you, sometime they don't send notification. Call and be clear, if they say yes or not contact stve again.

I called them and they told me he has not issued any refund :S
I have tried calling him and sending several emails but no luck, but thanks for the advice I really appreciate it.

I paid 6 fgold full pack boxes and no one has been activated ... Steve is gone .. the thing is strange because he was always accurate .. But something goes wrong it is to understand the customers who buy the product..you can not make these bad figures .. if the team is serious as it has always shown

Wow, this is the 2nd post in a few days about people losing a LOT of money. The other one of the guy claiming $4,000 mysteriously disappeared. What's going on?? I was actually about to spend a little bit on the MEPServer...

FIrst of all noone lost anything. Secondly some people preffer to wait to long, not offer details, or get too stressed for nothing.
