Payment and no credits I purchased $1,000 in credits and he and I agreed that he was going to give me a complete refund because of some issues that the codes were taking too long for the country I was submiting them, so on Jan 24 he sent me an email saying "i refunded you please check your paypal. Best regards, Steve." So the problem is that I have not received the refund, I called paypal and they told he didnt send me anything, I tried filing a dispute but paypal was not able to recover the funds. Problem is that I dont have have the refund nor the credits in my mepserver.com account. |

I know it takes about a month to appear on the bank account or credit card (my case), but i would receive a notification from paypal that the refund was made, and paypal would know about it, and thats not my case :S |
