1. Turn on your phone without a SIM Card in it
2. Then type : * # 0 0 0 0 * YOUR_CODE_HERE #
3. And to finish enter : * # 0 0 0 1 * YOUR_CODE_HERE#

i dont understand on the step 2 & 3 when i do step 2 it doesn't change anything

please i need help

With accepted sim type ###765*08# or put an restricted sim and the phone should ask for the code

when insert an unsupported sim its show SIM Locked SOS only

phone not come with the original sim but i try all sim here if any luck then i try and let you know.

or if can i check something on the phone to know where it lock to?

Type *#837# and post info here and im going to tell on what net is locked to.

sir thanks for your help i appreciate that, i was hard reset the phone by press # and hold together with power when it power up, after hard reset then insert sim the phone it not lock
