Can someone please help me unlocking a Samsung S7710. I have the box connected with all the drivers. I connect the phone as requested using the uart cable (c3300k) the phone will not detect when clicking "do job"

That doesn't answer the question I am asking. That's just a video of how to enter the unlock code once read.

Could be an wrong cable, or an wrong comport selected

Its definitely the correct cable. The Microbox and Furious Gold use the same Uart cable correct?.

They do but that doesn't mean the cable cant be faulty. have you ever tried it to be sure is it working ?
