HELP!!! URGENT!!! Furious Gold Dongle Activation Problem - GSM-Forum

Hello...I just recieved Furious-gold dongle...I bought it from your online shop. But it seems like there is only pack 3 on it...And i bought it with pack 4 and 6. If i want do firmware update via MAINTENANCE, i wont let me do it, if i ticked pack 4 and 6...

go to support to check your activated packs to conform that which packs you have got.

First time plugged in:
Maintenance -> Support -> Asked for activation = ! PROBLEM !

There was only options: PACK1 or PACK2 or PACK3. PACK 4 or 6 nowhere.
So I selected PACK3, but I paid for PACK4 + PACK6.

I found more topics with same problem, and support team fixed it.
In support is: "Activated Packs: PACK3"

To support: please sort it out. Thanks.

I am waiting second day.

I need to do 20 blackberrys urgently, but i cant!!!! I bought dongle with pack 4 and 6. So sort it out please! Time is money in my case...i am loosing money now...i paid for 4 & 6...so dont leting me down!!! Thanks.
