BB7230 'NO system software found'-help

(refer to screenshot attached),I followed steps in tutorial for flashing BB7230, but after step of Selection port communications, the next window pop up is a 'Application Loader Wizard', with title 'Handheld Application Selection' with explanations; 'Checked applications will be installed or updated,...." and an inside window with a grey message said:

"NO SYSTEM SOFTWARE WAS FOUND FOR YOUR HANDHELD, CONTACT YOUR SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR OR SERVFICE PROVIDER FOR INFORMATION ON OBTAINING HANDHELD SYSTEM SOFTWARE."

i tried to add file one by one but an error message pop up.

Furious Team, pls help, i havent able to unlock neither my Pan Vs2, nor able to flash my dead KG245, now im trying to flash a BB7230 to get some money to try to cover the money i spent on this box: FuriousGold box, so as a customer and user of the Fgold box, u have to do something rightaway. Tell Steve to get the hell out of where he is, to help us who purchased his product because delays in support costs us money. You got your money, u left us hung in the air facing no where with fingers cross and praying hard and work extra hours everynight to get this box do what it supposed to do.
dont make excuses ok?
