how can i tell where lg u880 comes from???? - GSM-Forum

i'm getting alot of these lg u880 to unlock, i'm just curios on how can i tell which country they come from, if its from the u.k or italy ect.

is there some code i can use to see what network they are locked too??

if you have the accepted simcard you can go and check browser settings..so you will be able to see home page....

my problem is that i'm in portugal and i dont have those sim cards!!!

when i get these phones i just take a wild guess on where they come from, is there no way of getting info on what sim they locked by the product codes or somthing like that?

if phone has normal usim comes from uk, for other as already told check home page , normally a roaming service is up.
