How to connect alcatel 3000g for unlocking [SOLVED]

i have one alcatel 3000g handset for unlocking.i tried in many ways to connect the phone using usb but failed.kindly help me sir to unlock that phone using latest updation otz flasher.i was holding this phone for one month.

Phone must be off and when the sw is looking for it connect the usb. Can contact me over skype if you have problems

SIR I TRIED IT SIR.BUT JUST SHOWING CHARGING SYMBOL ONLY

i tried by pressing almost all kays also.but not detecting in the system.

Thanks brother mistake by me actually i was trying MTKReader [Alcatel MTK (Serial/USB)] so was getting error now try on OTZFlasher its work like charm i got phone unlocked in 08 sec ... thanks for so good tool and support.

Which cable should I use?
I tried USB but not connecting.
I tried with UART c3300 k cable. connected off phone and press power after connecting. still not connecting.
