How do you unlock U890 using Furious Gold?

1. Which one of the programs do you use?
2. Which cable do you use (the one that connect to the box or USB cable)
3. Which temp unlock file do you use (temp unlock with cable or SIM easy tempunlock)
4. What is the step by step instruction on how to unlock it using each method.
