how to download flash file from support area ? - GSM-Forum

I plug in my box to the computer. went to the website and log into the support area. but the flash file option is still not allowing me to download anything.

please advise

you must download MAINTAINANCE file from support area---> open this file---> GO SUPPORT

remember your Box is still connected to PC

yes press SUPPORT button from maintenance software !
