Hi!
anyone can give some tricks how to conect the phone Nec e616v to FG service pack2? software cannot recognize with all ports.

hi
use sharp gx30 cable with correctcom port and dont forget check the fdti and click unlock thats all .

cable 007 is a gx30 cable?
i used this cable for nec e616v but phone still doesn't connected to NECM2 exe. what is wrong with this? anybody tried to unlock using this soft?

Offcourse it works. Something wrong with ur cable or phone connector

i think phone connector is ok, while i'm using the usb cable soft asking for driver and it's been installed already,
i don't know if this serial cable is working correctly, this cable fgold 007 is include the package during i purchased the box, but it does'nt tested already because all nec e616 i tried to unlock using usb and serial cable has does'nt connected. so i desided to return because customers are waiting. Now here's again another e616v but same situation, lucky i am because customer leaving now the phone and he will wait my call after unlocked. maybe i can do more with it, so ineed help.

You are using USB and requires RJ45 that's your error.

Phone must be on, connected and using RJ45 cable.

i wonder why i cannot connect nec e616v with my NECM2 exe soft. i'm using fbus cable fgold 007 and install again software with other usb hub but problem still persist. i tried to open the fbus cable to check if there is unsoldered wire and exchange RX/TX but it does'nt work, and cable is ok while i used tester to check open wires. i also transfer com port number to another one. very strange for me if someone can connect easily. i applied all my knowledge same with all my boxes. what is more problem with it?
