I tried to enter unlocking code as instructed but i cannot get to page where to enter the code..when i press MEPD, i see on the screen what part is blocked but when i press MEP2, nothing show..how to enter the code please?

BLOCKED means taht ull never be able unlock the phone. Sorry.

You type MEPD/MEPPD and you can see well if netwrk status is active or blocked.
