That was allready clear ...I was asking for instructions for flashing Alcatel v860 wich dosen't accept codes...

Finally did it...on other PC I gues I was having a problem wih the OS :

With this file i have problem ,i try also file from you post in the begining and the phone acept ccode but give error when try to open menu etc

Then probably you didn't wrote all the files or in the order i mentioned. On whch network it was locked ?

i use Smart 2 that keep all the files but himself,the phone is locked from vodafone Albania...

I got same problem with vodafone smart 2 from vodafone uk after flash all file and correct order like you write in 1 post after turn on got error when tap on green android.
I solve this by write to phone custom rom from xda just write here that confirme that files from first post not work 100% on all v860 from all network.

when i run smart2.bat write ok and after 3,4 min close program.....phone restart!!!
cheked another pc,same error!
