How to get provider key

Hello i need to unlock my Alcatel OT800 but need a provider ID.

It is locked to orange UK.

How do i get the provider ID?

put back and remove battery
then you see provider ID Under the IMEI

Thanks but when i check,the ID one digit less i.e

800X-2BRGUGI

What should i use please??/

try like this open note pad file and put there imei and provider then copy from there and past in soft will be okay i use this method
