how I lock the blackberry phone using pack 4 ?

Hi,

I have one blackberry phone which need to lock by carrier . My phone is 8120 and the vendor # is 140 ( the carrier is Vodafone Sweden ) . This one has been unlocked but now I want to lock it to use the blackberry service.

So anyone can help me to lock it?

r u sure the u have to lock it, or that you have to have sweden vodafone firmware for use there services???/

I did step by step provided on that topic, but It did not work with my blackberry phone . I have proplem with step 7 :

when I click "DO JOB" butoon, it did not open new window appear to select sfi file .

so how to fix it now?

check fone conections,,,
fone should be fully on and conected properly to system..

as mentioned by uqbah, check ur connection. can u read code if not then it is connection problem.

I checked conection , it worked great because I still can get code for my phone.

any other ideas?

mate if you read properly YOU MUST HAVE same version SFI of your phone

CHECK version then SFI file

every thing they explained already

I contacted with support of furious-gold.com, they told me that I dowload new virsion of software (1.0.0.549)

Then I dowloaded that version, but I sitll cannot LOCK my phone.

I think that furious-gold.com has BAD support

I emailed them, tell them about my case, they reply very slowly .

In this forum, I did not receive any answer from supporter

and the procedure you followed step by step ?

Ok so if u cant manage or understand directyion does mean we suck ? What do you expect ? Come and do the job for you ? If SELECT SFI window appear then you must select a SFI file same version as is in ur phone or if u cant find flash teh phone using factory flash and read FAQ about how to get the sfi of the fw you just flashed.

Sorry to interrupt

Even i tried to Lock his phone using Team Viewer. i followed exactly, that i found in FAQ.

Every time software reading unlock code. where as i select lock from MEP Menu. and other option as u direct in faq.

I told him to record video and upload it some where, to show you/team.
