Does anyone know how to do a hard reset on this phone? Its got a passcode which customer forgot, tried all the suggested combos, Vol - + Power on, Vol - + Vol + + Power, Vol + camera + power, etc. Just cant get it to reset, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
