Means operator not supported by phone or phone really have some hw damage or sim is expired etc.

i think in these posts 10 to 15 set hav same problum so all set hav not same hardwar problum
and i chak same oprator in other f102 hav good signal unlok by furious.
previous day i hav unlok 4 f102,

3set hav ok signal but unfortunatly 1 f102 hav no service ihav repair it but not fruitfull
