Load AUTH file...
Start to connect the handset, keep pressing the power on key!
Start to read security information from handset...
Read security information failed!
Error Code: 920
Please double check the cable and handset connection!
Try it again!

Hi,
The error what you got from pack8 means COM connection failed.
Even the s*** tool reported the COM3 opened successfully, but according to your log, when it did the UART link test, it also reported one error, right?!
Your UART link is wrong! Please double check whether your UART cable driver is installed correctly, or whether you did the right solder.

By the way, as OT-813D is one dual SIM model, we don't add it into the code calculate list, you should do secure rebuild.

and search in
Program Files\FuriouS-Gold\Alcatel\Security\BackupSecurityFile
if dont have so please red file in fone with mtk cable and unlock

Hi,
Can you please test the different tool with same COM port? Whether the cable is working as COM3 or COM4 or COM7? For some PC, the cable driver will be installed for dedicated COM port only.
Make the test above and show me the screen snapshot.

You need to have our box dongle and use latest update file and update dongel aswell
