how to unlock movistar 317 - GSM-Forum

dear supporter

today came to my office movistar 317 it is zte based phone when i try to read dump i get this

Connect phone powered on !
Start auth !
SW Ver: ESP-MOVISTAR-P108A34FM(S)(U)V1.0.0B04
Imei: 352218040301782
Done;
Press power on !
Starting communication ...
Platform: E-Gold Voice ...
Preloader sent ....

and when i try to unlock i get this

Start auth !

UNSUPPORTED FIRMWARE VERSION.
SELECT FULL FLASH IN SOFTWARE AND FULL FLASH WILL BE DUMPED.
AFTER UPLOAD IT SOMEWHERE AND CONTACT SUPPORT !
Error ... !
Time needed - 00:00:09

any advice will be great

i got one unit to perform any test

try download the last version from support, is vodafone 1.0.0.5353 today. if you don't get the phone unlocked with this last one, dump the flash to any fileshare.

Received mail and will add it ! Try not using COM1. Use emulated usb port. MUCH MORE STABLE !
