In which mode shall i connect the phone palm pre and how to unlock the phone with furious "QCOM SMART TOOL MODULE V1.0.0.6427 ANNIVERSARY EDITION". Please guide.

Serial number is 12 digits,phone alow 10 digits to enter?Where did I go wrong?

I failed, i entered it in phone insteed in software,but now i for PSHU0AP9564N amdo got 85569 diag code but code is wrong,there is not any another SN on the phone,maybe this model is not suuported yet?!

Try DIAG CODE IS 27146. Maybe you mixed 0 with O

pre or pixi can be unlocked by soft+licence code, too.hehe
