HTC Desire 310 invalid imei & can't change CID

Hi

After CID change phone displays message Invalid IMEI. I managed to repair IMEI using other tools and it has been written to phone, but now I have CID error message again. I tried to change CID again using OTSmart tool but it shows me fail message:

I am using latest ver. 1.0.0.1079. IMEI is still in the phone even after reset or flash. There is also problem with Serial Number - it is different than on the box but it's probably related to the tool which was used for IMEI repair.

Any ideas why I cannot change CID on this phone?

Regards

I have also noticed that there is a strange network in WIFI settings:

NVRAM WARNING: Err = 0x10

It has full signal but when I am trying to connect it its showing "Not in range" message.

Basically strange things happens to this phone. I don't know if Invalid IMEI happened after CID change, but I suppose that somebody flashed it with SP Flash Tool before and did not unmark Preloader.

I have exactly same problem one week ago. Customer send me Desire 310 with "hang on logo" problem. So I' ve flash mobile using SP TOOL with unchecked Preloader. Phone launch normally. After launch i've got cid problem message ( normal after flash with inproper cid). After flash imei ok and wifi work perfect. After hard reset also. So I want to remove annoying cid warning message. I used Furious to change cid. Very BIG MISTAKE. When i' ve changed cid phone work properly until next hard reset. After next hard reset show has started. Imei invalid and warning 0x10 in wifi menu. Impossible to repair with furious so I used sigmakey to imei repair and another tricks to repair wifi. After that i saw that many users have problems with cid change funcion in Desire 310. Answer is:
Never use cid change option in furious for Desire 310 if you don't want to have headake :-)

Do you know any other option? AFAIK Furious is the only way to change CID in this model. When I changed CID number everything went fine apart form lost IMEI which I noticed after process. I have repaired IMEI using Maui META 3G and now I cannot change CID back to previous one (Maui changed CID to supercid somehow during IMEI writting process). I've also noticed Wifi message and improper serial number which cannot be restored by any tool I tried.

I understand that by READ FLASH you mean "Read device memory" option and "dumps" mean the only one dump file in Desire's 310 folder in the support section? I just cannot find any "full dumps support".

OK. I have flashed this one and phone won't switch on after that. Hovewer I flashed it again with SP Flash Tool and original firmware and it started working. No CID and NVRAM warnings but phone has different IMEI than it should have. I have changed IMEI with Maui again and this time IMEI has been written in the phone. But I still have a problem with Serial Number - cannot change it to proper one with any tool.

Why to use SP tool when you could have done it using OTSmart and the proper flashes from the support ! DUMP was meant to fix phone and writing correct fw after to make it power on

Both programs flashing the same way. I have decent flash files for SP Tool which work. I flashed with OTSmart and still have the same problem. Basically, now I can change IMEI but I can't change serial number - remains the same like before (it is SN from memory dump probably). I am using Maui META 3G tool for that as FG does not have any option to repair IMEI.
