Htc desire 320 cant flash

I have a desire 320 that is giving all sorts of errors when i try to flash it.here are the logs

this after i tried to write the last flash file in the desire 320 folder

then i tried the dump file (secondfile in the desire320 folder) and i got this

thank you.I thought as much.Seems it is a common problem with these desire 320.
