htc diamond 100 dont connect - GSM-Forum

got the htc for unlocking but the phone does not connect with active sync so is the phone supported or not coz i have been trying for hours now..is htc diamond 100 supported for unlock or not if yes then how ?????????

It's supported. Maybe HTC has modified rom or just a pass or something, if the icon it's green then it's connected, if not connected with active sync there is no way to unlock.

It's supported but you can't connect it. Try to check if it's in active sync mode
