Htc diamond100 softbank unlock problem - GSM-Forum

I need help in unlocking htc diamond touch100.this phone is softbank from japan.i already installed app sync then did full restore with the phone.now when i connect the phone to usb app sync detects it for a while and connecting but after a while it disconnects...in phones screen it shows japanese language which too bad i cant understand.i can only understand the word usim and it also shows onscreen a tab which looks like it asks for code?can anyone help me with this?i need to unlock this phone...tia

why not to flash first with your language if available then start to work with...no?
