Hi,

I have HTC Google Nexus One, it is asking for user name and password from google to unlock it.

It accepts sim but cannot access anything only the sign in and password.

What should I do.

Please how can I do that, because I have GPRS sim but I have to configure it with the phone before I brows but the phone is not displaying the menu.

You can set the activation using google account later.

while asking for a/c press button i shown you it will show you settings just put APN of your network ( access point ) .

after that use google a/c , if phone activated before , you must hard reset the phone . and use your own a/c . if 1st time activating then use any of your a/c

The button you shown me, does not respond if I press it. It is only the return button that works.

The phone is activated before, so Please how can I do the Hard reset and disable the account activation.

* First, Navigate to Settings From Menu
*
* Now Go to Privacy.
* From there, Choose / Select Factory data reset. Make sure to Read the warnings. They are given for a Reason!
* Now When You feel You are ready, Just Click Reset phone button.

I cant go to menu. It only displays log in/ and password from googel.
