i got this error when i try unlock

Starting cab upload;
Preparing to install;
Preparing to do application unlock;
Application security unlock performed;
Starting cab upload;
Preparing to install;
Checking installed file;
Library and exe found;
Reading data;
ITReadProcessMemory failed;
Doing sp area internally backup;
Simlock backup area tool failed !

Which version of soft do you use? Also use Qualcomm not OMAP

i m using 1.0.01208 i did try qualcomm bt still got errore

Maybe modified flash or different simlock. Can you do a factory reset? It's done manually but depends on your *******r data

very good support from team as i say be4 i did factory reset and still then may need to update his rom .

HTC Touch 2 Hard reset - Soft reset
tht wht u saying i must use brain na
i m using it gve me good ans y i cant unlock the phone after even factory reset
