how must i connect the phone please

can someone help me please

what is the good drivers for this model when i try to unlock it the phone is not detected by the computer but drivers ere good installed

always

phone detected(preloader vcom port)
preparing to start meta mode
seaching for debug port

and then nothing

the phone not detected in panel port com

frst option
phone is power off
read code in the soft
put usb cable install driver
and repeat instructions
