i have huawei GR5 qualcomm can not detect phone please how can fix this problem

Phone must be on .If it shows charging it wont connect. If phone is on and you get this error make and debug log (right click on the log window-> enable debug log, repeat the detect, right click on the log window -> save debug log)

i did that but the same error

Then wrong firmware isnide . Try reflashing
