Hello i just recived Enjoy 8 Plus from chinese market without google play services, how to flash in easy steps and which firmware from support area is with google play services?

also can't read bootloader code via neweset fly captain, says chipset not supported.

At the moment you cant convert teh phone that come with android 8.0 from stock

ok, but why is not supported for reading bootloader codes?
On FG support site says that all is possible with flycaptian.
