HUAWEI G2201 claro dominican republic unlock fail - GSM-Forum

I'm trying to unlock Huawei g2201 by claro dominican republic, and this is all i get after following proper procedure.

Software engine version: 1.0.0.6314
Connect phone powered on !
Start auth !
SW Ver: 08.06.00:18.26.22:06.00.00:ULC2GL
Imei: 863014002419734
Done;
Press power on !
Starting communication ...
Platform: E-Gold Voice3-32 [00 31] ...
Preloader sent ....
Loader sent ....

Flash ID(0): 00EC:2606
FILE ACCESS ERROR/BAD FORMAT/DAMADGED !
Error ... !
Time needed - 00:00:47

I did try direct unlock, i got the above, also tried to full flash but got similar results. Please provide some help for this situation.

I did try direct unlock, i got the above, also tried to full flash but got similar results. Please provide some help for this situation.

Wrong file ! Try downlaod again from support. BE sure no downlaod managers used !

I also I have the same problem here, download another file, but still see the pulling the same error.

What file u downlaod, what size. Attach here the file downlaoded to check

My phone is dead now after trying to flash it with a similar file, "movistar colombia" if there is a way to bring it back please let us know we handle lots of this phone in Dominican Republic.

Download again the files from support. I fixed the problem !
