please send me.PM of your address in romania for me to check via fedex or dhl this are fastest way to get to you. i use to send nspro ( elco ) samsung phones bwfore but tht was been 3yrs. past.

USPS ( yes is cheaper ) but wont accept anymore cellphone because of the lithium-ion batteries inside ( might bl0w-up lol ) even local they wont accept, I do not want to take a chance because I will be responsible if something happened while on shipping. They let you sign that you are not shipping hazardous, lithium-ion batteries. I can say is not hazardous or not cellphone, but I do not want to take a chance for it. I will try DHL and UPS tomorrow.
