Board Software not available on support area.
please add required file.
I think RNE-L22 files compatible with RNE-L21 but in board software section RNE-L22 Testpoint image available only and file not exist.

I used RNE-AL00 board file just to show you log.

AL00 shoudl work for all. in your case the write fails which isnt a good sign

Must use Ressurector and boot the phone using tp. Once teh phone exters fastboot mode fflash it withh a normal lfirmware from teh support
