PROCEDURE:Turn off phone. Press and hold “Volume down”, “Volume up” and “Power” buttons for 5 seconds. Phone screen should become purple/pink. Connect phone to computer using USB cable.

i use many driver in support but the driveres instaaled but software not see the phone u8860
with the some driver i unlocked the u8655-1

I was trying to unlock the huawei u8860, but soft didnt react, after I close the program I disconnect the phone from the pc, and the phone is dead. Any solution?

Maybe the sw was working when you removed the phone.
