Huawei Y5 2018 DRA-L01 Baseband unknown [SOLVED]

Phone came in with imei all zeros and baseband unknown, no backup. Is it possible to repair baseband? I have tried flashing it but no help.

Write the full memory dump from the support and after re flash with factory firmware. You have several of them. one should work unless theres some hw fault

1 more Huawei Y5 2018 DRA-L01 came in today but this time imei is UNKNOWN instead of 00000000000000000 and baseband is unknown like the previous one.

I tried writing same dump as the one in post above, even though process finished but FULL DUMP PART 39 did NOT get written but noticed phone doesn't turn on and more. So I tried writing factory firmware like above but this an error.
