huawei y520 partitions issue

good morning, i have an issue with a Huawei Y520-u12 partitions are wrong, was not able to fix with pack 6. here is the log:

i can flash the phone, but at the end the phone wont boot.
any help will be apreciated.
i tried to flash with flashtool but i get error 1041 at the end of the procedure.

Because the flash is not compatible. Give me your phone imei country and operator for it
