Before detection connect cable to usb and enable Manufacture mode !

2.USB ports setting
Select Manufacture mode (for MTK other/debug mode)

Phone must be in fastboot mode mean you must go to recovery and there select enter bootloader mode and press accept button, in other mode will never work frp reset.
