I can not enter support - GSM-Forum

Hi, I can not get the support. I have installed the latest version of "maintenance" (1.0.0.854) but when I click on "go to support area" sends me to the page furious, but not my "My Furious account", and I can not download paks, driver or anything.
My box is new this newly activated 2 months ago, not this year up support ..

check is already activated, if not you cant go to support area, so unless contact with haker2k for this problem
