Hi Mr.hack3r2k,pleasse i need your help to reset my downloads quota !!! always i'm facing this message :
Your monthly download quota has been reached.

You have downloaded 1.5 GB from maximum of 1.5 GB.
The download size will be reseted every first of the month.
My last download was in 06/11/2013

Hi, have you understand my request ????
My last visit to the download area was at 06-11-2013 ....
that means that i have waiting more than a month without downloading any file and always my counter is at 100%
So,my quota was reached on November 2013 !!! But at First of December 2013 NOTHING !!! Also now at Janvier 2014 NOTHING !!!
What is the PROBLEM ??????
