After update in latest version PACK4 BLACKBERRY V1.0.0.1290

ERROR:
Searching for usb device ...
Reconnect USB device and retry ! Set in menu Mass Storage to Off or Phone Password to Disabled and be sure phone is charged !
Time needed - 00:00:03

The unit has no password, can you help me Furious Team?
