I got double charged for VIP account!!! - GSM-Forum

On April 30th, I made payment for 79 € with paypal for 1 month of VIP access which should lasted until May 30th. But on May 1st, some how you guys charged me again with paypal for 79 € and it should it will last until June 1st. You guys charged me a total of 158 € for 1 month of VIP access. Now I need a refund of 79 € and I need my VIP access. My user or box id is: FGLIGHT6742

Let me know what is going with this?

Also how did you guys charged me on May 1st without me authorizing it? I don't understand this, it was taken out of my paypal's account automatically.

Here is the paypal's transaction ID on April 30th: Transaction ID #3DC314076L3384730

Here was paypal's transaction ID on May 1st you guys charged me without me even knowing it: Transaction ID #87J10293JT057562V

Each for 79 € and since I did not have 79 € in my paypal's account, paypal took it out of my bank, this is a mess. Please resolve this immediately please.

Man you guy are fast. Ok, I am able to access my VIP account. Now I need a refund for 1 payment and everyones will be happy.

Also I would like to know what happended? How can you guys charged me without me even knowing it? This is strange, I never had this problem with paypal before. I had to send payment by loggin into my account, but the 2nd 79 € that you guys charged me on May 1st, I did not made that. So how did you guys do it?

Thank you for your feedback, this help us so much to bring better support to our customers.

i refunded you the 2 payments you made already please check your paypal account.

There was a problem with the recurring method. It was charging every 1st day of each month. But now we fixed the problem so each recurring payment are now processing 1 month after the 1st payment done. No matter wich day is your order.

Because of this you can still enjoy your vip account for 1 month now. And for FREE.

yes because i activated your account manually and cancelled automatic recurring profile. You won't get charged at all. And both payment refunded already.
No need pay is free 1 month from now. Take it as gift from us to help fix bugs on site
