i need help on chimeral tool


hello team

i noticed about days now that my account was expired.
but reactivated this morning. but till now when i try to flash a phone since the firmware file i have for the phone is downloaded from support. it kept saying my account has expired.
But i can make some download operations and it works , but upgrade it will say account expired you can reactivate from here.

pls assist me whats my problems

You renewed the box support. Pack13 is only active 1 year. After must be bought again. Yours expired on 18/03/2018

ok thank you for answer.
one more question please.
does it mean that the entire package was expired including pack 13.
if so why was i still accessing support and downloads while the pack 13 was not working .
is it that there was a mixed up or something else ?

PACK13 has nothing to do with the support. pack13 is active 365 from teh day you activate it.

Once you login to teh support -> go PACKS tab and press renew near PACK13
