i need help to download latest update for blackberry - GSM-Forum

i was trying to download latest updates blackberry and lg, when i click the link, is still downloading even fve hours never finishes the download, i tried google chrome intenet explorer and firefox both they are the same.

i have support area but i cannot download any update, so tell me where i can download the new updates? i used chrome, internet explorer 8 and firefox none of them downloading.
