I need informations regarding my order???


To Furious Team,

I placed an order and paid for back on 05/11/10 at your website.. http://furious-gold.com . My order: Order no.19084 . I received an email saying that my product will my shipped with 48 hours and a tracking number will be email to me. But as of right now, it has been more than 72 hours already, still no tracking. I contacted your company through your website and no reply. I need to know what is going with my order please?

Today is the 05/17/2010 already. I paid for this order: Order no.19084 back on 05/11/2010. Now is the 6th days, still no reply of a tracking numuber that this product been ship yet. I will wait for 1 more day, if there is still no communication from Furious Team about my product. I will file a fraud with my credit card company and paypal.


This is extremely bad business practice, especially from a big company like this. Also, here is a copy from Steve reply to my email before I paid for this product on 05/11/2010:

Shipping is made from china. And noone work at 1:30 am. Also i dont understand why ur so stressed if i told pack is sent allready.

Bro,

Put you foot in my shoe. If you paid for a product 6 days already and still did not received it, how would you feel? Also before you paid for the product, you were told that it will take 3-4 days and you will receive it. Now, more than 6 days, still no product!!! And you said I am stressed out?


Ask anyone, I have been patience with your company's bad service already. 6 days when you I was told 3-4 days, and you said I am stressed? You got common sense man???

If your company tell me 10 days before I buy, then you can say I am stressed after 6 days. But your company said 3-4 days.

Ok, great, then where is my tracking number? DHL got a tracking number. If you claimed that it was shipped 4 days ago, then I am still waiting for an email with my tracking number.


So where is my tracking number???

Look im sick an tired of people like you. Its mentioned on site 48h and thats excludes weekend. And i dont see anywhere i told was shipped 4 days ago. I said was shipped. Here is ur tacking DHL 6541610843. Also some times i wait for products to be shipped from foreign countries more then 6 days. But im not stressed since i know i dont make orders from from bogus, sites or companies. You think we do this business since yesterday ? Also we need some time cc company comfirm payment because are also many "nice" people waiting shipping to be made and after doing quickly a payment block.

Where in the email that it said, it takes 4 business days to ship? This was the email directly from your company to the buyer. I don't care if you are big or small. If you cannot do what you said, then DON'T say it or you need to revised the email you sent to the buyer. It CLEARLY said that it will be sent in the next 48 HOURS, NOT 48 business hours!!! If your email said "we will ship your product within 3 business days", then I would not even bother to ask, because I know you guys are a big company, but it clearly said "We will now process to shipping in the next 48 hours. Tracking number will be emailed to you in the next email. "



If you guy only works ONLY Monday - Friday, then say it clearly. You tell customers it will be ship within the next 48 hours, today is 05/18/2010, that's like the NEXT 144 Hours, big difference man.
