I need my account activated and no one replys to my emails

Hey, thanks in advance of any help. I've email a few times and just get and auto response. Is there anyway I can get my account activated. I get told I need to contact my reseller but I got my furiousgold direct.

Probably if the mail had same contact no one would bother to reply. There no info included like reseller, place purchased , box id and so on

Ok thanks its now letting me in. I'm trying to unlock a blackberry touch 9800 which you list as being one of the phones that pack 4 can unlock. though I'm getting this message ERR_MSG: Can't get phone id ! Unsupported model for current task !

You cannot charge imei or whatever else you try. Can read codes only. FOr this Fast Code Read must be checked

So if I want to reset mep0 how do I do this. Following the video on the furiousgold website just shows up this error

You cant do direct unlock for new 2011-2012 models
