I try write firmware but get error:

Using library Brom_DLL_v7.1413.5
Searching phone in normal mode;
[connect the phone powered off to the usb cable]
Phone detected (PreLoader USB VCOM Port (COM8))
Preparing to start flash mode;
Preparing to open COM8
Connecting;
Downloading DA;
Initializing;
Rid: b0b966ac76a1858f71014d849cffbaf0
Requesting baudrate change;
Done;
USB SPEED: USB_HIGH_SPEED
Switching to DA_HIGHSPEED_VCOM;

Drivers location \usb_driver\Driver_Auto_Installer\SmartPhoneDriver \x86;
If the detection fails, install manually the port from the device manager using usbvcom.inf;

If I have memory dump partition make by software can I write back this files? I try but software not load this files. How I can do this?
