Furious support can You upload any flash file for Alcatel Pixi 7 I213?

I try write firmware but get error:

Using library Brom_DLL_v7.1413.5
Searching phone in normal mode;
[connect the phone powered off to the usb cable]
Phone detected (PreLoader USB VCOM Port (COM8))
Preparing to start flash mode;

Connecting;
Downloading DA;
Initializing;

If I have memory dump partition make by software can I write back this files? I try but software not load this files. How I can do this?

Your problem is related to an sw bug. Add me on skype and will fix it
