customer said that the phone was ok when insert back the sim message the message pop up "insert sim" this problems would be a software or hardware problems??

should i solve by reprogramming??

Correct, I use to check phones before play with them.

Also, there are some problems with old simcards. Verify that the card it's not too old, like 32k.

it is locked or unsupported sim

if you see USIM Locked, thats mean your phone is simlocked
