irresponsible furious team - GSM-Forum

i have placed an order with furious team for a full dongle, well item hasn't ship and its been 3 weeks, apparently Steve who supposed to handle my order is not available, wonder why even compromise if you can't deliver!!
i have escalated my dispute in paypal i rather fix this in the most reasonable matter , but its looking very hazy, a week ago furious team have added a tracking number to the claim ...BUT tracking number is not valid

i am very disappointed

When tracking number given to you wasnt showing system because was just sent. Check it again and you will see is very valid.

no not the case, tracking number was given on JAN-13 and its the 19th now
tracking number is still invalid, i have contacted steve and promised me it was going to ship today, still is very irresponsible their *******r service ***** , seems i am not the only one having same problem , if they don't have the item they can just say so

well finally got my item, but furious team should understand its a lot of money in stake
well hopefully furious team can unban my box
