just a suggestion about pack size - GSM-Forum

Device space after FORMAT/REPAIR: 47744 bytes
pack1- 19655 bytes
pack2- 27442 bytes
pack3- 21578 bytes
pack4- 10659 bytes
pack5- 13199 bytes
pack6- 10752 bytes
pack7- 5400 bytes
pack8- 11164 bytes
pack9- 0 bytes
pack10-0 bytes
pack11-
pack12-

Hi, I just want to make a suggestion to product supporters: please reduce to size of the packs specially of first 3 which are useing huge space (or merge first packs in one pack since allmost evreyone has the first 3 packs)...This will make our lifes much easyer since more packs will be lodead into the device at once and not to mentionate that the usage of the update server will decrease

no doubt pack 2 is so big no need all oldest things reduce it

Can't reduce the size. This would mean rewriting code made years ago so means can easily break functionality of the modules by doing smallest mistake. So better leave it a is

I understand...to much work for old projects...pack 2 is still usefull (specially for the HUAWEI MODULE) any way FuriosGold is the best tool on the market till now, just wanted to be perfect (only changeing packs is annoying)...a dongle with much capacity will be wonderfull

its annoying for us but for them its good cause it means that we need to pay support otherwise we cant update packs and we are screwed!

What you talking ?
You can change pack always when happy day start and is atleast 2 times in month then all is ok if someone not ern 60 euro per year on unlock/flash to pay support.
Other box need pay activation or access to new update noone give free solution(happy day) to can use always last updates from 8 years.

I did not started this thread for the ones who are not paying for support and they are wateing for the happy day...in my opinion HappyDay shoud not exist...good and quality support must be payed (but of course the ones who payed for the box shoud be able to use their tools even they don't want to pay for the support).For example NSPro made a fair payed support: you can use the exe wich was available till support expired.
